These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, mobile applications, games and other digital services (the "Services") operated by IMAGINATIVE INNOVATIONS, INC. ("Imaginative Innovations", "we", "us", or "our"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Imaginative Innovations is an independent Android studio organized as a corporation under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, with its office at 1712 Pioneer Ave., Suite 7000, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82001. We design, build, distribute and monetize Android apps and games.
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
The Services, including their software, design, text, graphics, logos and other content, are owned by Imaginative Innovations or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. No other rights are granted.
Our apps and websites may display advertising served by third-party partners and may link to third-party websites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, products or practices. Any dealings you have with third parties are solely between you and them.
If you send us ideas, feedback, pitches or other materials — including by email — you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use that material to operate and improve our business. Please do not send us confidential information you do not want us to use unless we have first agreed in writing to keep it confidential.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Imaginative Innovations will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
You agree to indemnify and hold Imaginative Innovations harmless from any claims, damages, losses or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of the Services or your breach of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, or to protect the Services and other users.
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; the revised version takes effect when posted with a new effective date. Continued use of the Services means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Laramie County, Wyoming, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise.
